Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for a 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation on an industrial site in Saskatchewan. The role focuses on electrical work for camp facilities, including fire alarms, heat transfer systems, and power distribution. Travel from Edmonton is provided, along with accommodations and all meals during rotations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
- Work on heat transfer and power distribution for camp infrastructure.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and codes.
- Collaborate with site teams to meet project timelines.
- Adhere to rotation schedule and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician certification (Red Seal preferred).
- Experience in industrial electrical work, including fire alarms, heat transfer, and power distribution.
- Drug and Alcohol testing required prior to job confirmation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel coordination).
- Safety tickets (e.g., CSTS, WHMIS) are an asset.
- Ability to commit to 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation.
