Job Description

We are looking for a unique individual to fill the role of “Skilled Trades Recruiter / Operations Manager” for our businesses in Kelowna.

Qualified candidates:

  • Must have a good working knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Must have good computer skills.
  • Will speak fluent English and possess great communication skills
  • Will show the ability to be a leader and grow in our organization
  • Must be able to remain calm in times of adversity
  • Will not be afraid to work varying or long hours
  • And must be able to work well with others in a fast paced environment.

We are looking for someone that has a “Can do” attitude and who is looking for a career, not a job.

This person will be responsible for interviewing, hiring and scheduling of skilled craftsmen and will work closely each morning with the general labour dispatch desk to maintain the best practices and ensure our companies remain the best place to work.

We offer a base salary plus monthly profit sharing, an excellent supplemental benefits plan, a Manulife RRSP and a company cell phone.
