Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, the Account Manager creates, fosters and manages strong relationships with new and existing industry trade partners.
Key Job Functions:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the Industrial, Construction or Staffing industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and industrial industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their staffing needs.
- Present and promote our staffing solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the construction or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its staffing needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation.
