Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team. This role involves welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance work on a variety of metal components and structures. Candidates with experience in industrial, commercial, construction, manufacturing, or Oil & Gas environments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication work according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding procedures.
- Complete SMAW, FCAW, GMAW (MIG), and GTAW (TIG) welding processes as required.
- Prepare, fit, and assemble metal components prior to welding.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of welding experience.
- Experience with multiple welding processes and various metals, including carbon steel and stainless steel.
- CWB welding tickets and/or additional welding certifications are considered strong assets.
- Valid safety tickets such as CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection, and Confined Space are an asset depending on project requirements.
- Physically fit and capable of working in shop, field, and construction environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
