Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Boilermakers to join our team. This role involves the fabrication, installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, piping systems, and other heavy industrial equipment. Candidates with experience in industrial construction, maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, manufacturing, or energy projects are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform layout, fitting, rigging, and alignment of components and structures.
- Inspect equipment and completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Assist with maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of existing systems and equipment.
- Work safely with tools, rigging equipment, and machinery in a variety of work environments.
- Collaborate with welders, pipefitters, millwrights, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements:
- Trade Certification required.
- Minimum 2+ years of boilermaking experience.
- Experience with pressure vessels, tanks, exchangers, boilers, and related equipment is an asset.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with rigging, equipment installation, and maintenance activities.
- Valid safety tickets such as CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection, and Confined Space are an asset depending on project requirements.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial and construction environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
